My tupperware story began a couple of years ago when Jeff invited me to his Tupperware party. I admit that I have always felt bad about not going cuz I found out later how enthusiastic he was about it. But thanks to Brooke from work, I got to attend my first tupperware party. And the more I saw, the more I liked. And before I knew it, I booked in the 18th July for my first tupperware party.
Honestly, I was afraid that no one was going to show up. You've gotta have some money in your bank to go for one of these parties because the products are quite expensive. But when you think about it, you buy veggies and you leave them in the fridge and if you're like me, by the time you decide to cook them, they would've already gone bad. So long term wise, you save money from buying the fridgesmart to store your veggies because it keeps them fresh. Same goes with other foods. And cook ware.
And I have discovered the goodness of the can opener. It is the best! And yes, I've got my own!
Again, it's one of those things that you have to put your hand up for and experience to appreciate. I'm glad I did because I got to share it with Gems, Kel and Sumi. And I got freebies for hosting a party! Thanks Brooke! Always wanted that tiny lunchbox key-ring and again, I blame it on Jeff.
But you know what this is really about? It's about little acts... things that you do... things that you're passionate about (like how Jeff's face lights up when he talks about his tupperware) that you unknowingly plant a thought or create curiosity in others.
See... little does make a big difference.
