Two other walkers zoomed past me. They had this whole "swinging of arms" thing going on. I guess it comes with the quicker pace.

Walk home from work
So I kicked start the long weekend in the healthiest way possible by walking home from work.
At the first traffic light, I checked the time and it was exactly 5.15pm. I thought that as long as I made it back before the sun sets at around 8pm, I'll be fine.

I can actually say that in my six years in Perth that I have never stepped on the pathway along the causeway. Do the colours remind you of Jordan Knight's "Give it to you" video? Yes, my age is starting to show!
Nearly an hour later and I was halfway through!
Jerome and I used to do walkies after I came home from work. We'd take a slow stroll down to the river, to this exact spot, do a quick jog and then head back.

And I finally arrived home at around 6.30ish. I like that there is a postbox right outside my place but then again, I don't actually use it.
In total, it took me one and a half hours to walk from 178 St George's Terrace to Vic Park. I feel so fit!
